Experienced Administrator to provide day to day management of resident care and services for 77 bed assisted living community and 60 bed nursing facility.
Committed leader capable of communicating effectively and be a relationship oriented person with a passion for delivery excellence. Current LNHA with BS in healthcare or related degree.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in long term care preferred.

Full Time CNA

We are seeking a full time certified nurse aide for our Memory Care, who understands how special our residents are.
We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience working in Memory Care or a similar environment
Full-time, 3PM-11PM shift
Must have a certified nurse's aide license
Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
At least one year experience working in Assisted Living/Memory Care

Memory Care Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator
The Memory Care Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator receives general supervision and direction from the Director of Nursing Services or Administrator. The Memory Care Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator is responsible for accurate medication administration and supervision of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to ensure resident services are completed to provide for the overall quality care of the residents. The Memory Care Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator will comply with established policies and operational procedures. In the absence of the Administrator and Director of Nursing Services or Manager On Duty, the Memory Care Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator will be the designated staff person in charge.
Full time, 7AM-3PM
MUST BE UAI/ISP CERTIFIED
At least one year experience as a Charge Nurse/Unit Coordinator in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting
