Experienced Administrator to provide day to day management of resident care and services for 77 bed assisted living community and 60 bed nursing facility.
Committed leader capable of communicating effectively and be a relationship oriented person with a passion for delivery excellence. Current LNHA with BS in healthcare or related degree.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in long term care preferred.

Community Relations Coordinator
Our Lady of the Hope, a premier, non-profit retirement community in Richmond, Virginia has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced, creative professional in Community Relations. Candidate should possess skills in sales and marketing, advertising, promotions, special events, public speaking and strategic planning. Candidate should be able to identify potential residents and communicate the philosophy and mission of the community and have experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Comprehensive compensation and benefit plan.
Experience working in Assisted Living or Memory Care and excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
BS/BA in related field or minimum of 3 years demonstrated ability in marketing preferred.

Must possess the desire and motivation to embrace the community's mission, values and customer service philosophy. This person is expected to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce development plan and to take a strategic leadership role in creating a culture making each community the best community in which to work. BS/BA in related field and a minimum of 5 years demonstrated management experience including experience in planning and execution of employment recruitment, retention and engagement strategies and partnerships required. Experience in Workforce Development or Human Resource Management strongly desired. Excellent communication, customer relations and organizational skills required.
